This policy explains what information RealtyRazor LLC ("RealtyRazor," "we," "us") collects through realtyrazor.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Our client review portal and the services we provide to clients are covered by our client agreements.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call through the calendar on this site, you provide details like your name, email address, phone number, and anything you add in the notes. If you email us or message us on social media, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are viewed, which site referred the visit, and general device and country information. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold the call you booked, and follow up about it
- To answer questions you send us
- To provide and improve our services and this website
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- LeadConnector (HighLevel), which powers our booking calendar. Information you enter there is handled under its privacy policy.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides our visitor statistics
- Google Workspace, which we use for email
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. The embedded booking calendar is provided by LeadConnector and may use cookies needed for scheduling to work. Links to our social media profiles take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you, work with you, or meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@realtyrazor.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
